Recently we used to assess the Anti-covid-19 antibodies among healthcare workers in rural areas. The findings show a very high seroprevalence of 94.3%. around one-quarter of the healthcare workers have reported a history of signs and symptoms resembling that of COVID-19, however, only 6% of the total healthcare workers identified a positive confirmed COVID-19 by PCR test.
How we can interpret such findings among this population?

Why there is a high prevalence of Anti-covid-19 healthcare workers?
Because they are in contact with patients, Also, they are contacted with other health workers, Also they are contacted with other things in a hospital, In addition to obtaining the infection across the respiratory system, which leads to the prevalence of the infection, this allows to covid -19 to develop itself. Every time the infection occurs in a certain form of a virus that differs from other previous viruses, this increased the concentrated IgG antibodies in the healthcare workers. Ok, what about the post-infection immunity level should be low as time progresses. The test was made after almost two years of the first announced epidemic in the country which was 11 April 2000. Theoretically, this should be the level of antibodies either finished and may stay active in some other group of healthcare workers. Is it right?
with continuous their exposure to a new strand at each time, the antibodies elevated then decrease across the time, but with continuous exposure to the covid -19 year after year, this lead to decreasing the immunity.....
