I am using the optimizing method (Artificial Bee Colony) to reduce power loss for the actual 69 bus power system. Before optimization, I have no problem with power flow. However, after, I found all voltages are equal to 1.
Note: since the min and max limits of the generator were not available in the datasheet, I have put zero as the min and generation value as max.

Voltage Optimisation functions as a control valve, reducing energy consumption in voltage-dependent loads by lowering or managing voltage levels to within European Harmonised voltage limitations, resulting in an energy savings.
However. The most common way for identifying voltage stability limit is to calculate system load margin. The two most commonly utilized indicators are the real power (P) margin and the reactive power (Q) margin. P-V curve rapidly increases actual power at a bus or region while keeping power factor constant.

In load flow analysis the reference voltage of slack bus considered unity, so with the reference voltage, other bus voltage calculation could be higher or lower due to the capacitive or inductive(leading or laging power factor) effect responsible for reduction in efficiency and change in voltage +/_...........
The min and max limits of the generator should be constrained based on the allowable value defined in the standards, not from Zero
Regarding the voltages equal 1, it is not necessary to be 1 after optimization. you can initialized the value then the optimization iteration will modify the value
The limits for the voltage buses are the country standard values, which are in Iraq:
V=1±0.05.
When using a power flow program, the assumptions for the buses voltages are: amplitude= 1 and
Angle= 0.
After obtaining the optimum values, the voltages are within the standard limits.
Normalizing system by converting all value into per unit. Reduce the complexity of analysis.
Your result stongly depends on the constraints you apply in the optimization: active and reactive load, generator dispatch, reactive power capability of the generators, other available reactive power sources, transformer taps, voltage operative limits. If you have enogh controllable reactive resources spread other the network, the voltage profile will be flat. At high load minimum losses are associated with voltage higher than 1. p.u., the reverse applies when the line capacitance is considered.

It is not understood how it is said that all voltages are 1 pu after optimisation. It can not be a general conclusion for all power systems. Values after optimisation will be varying around1 depending on the location of the bus where voltage is measured loading pattern compensation provided etc.
