I'm working in nanoliposome for my Ph.D research in which first i used PC to CH 2:1(W/W) and 5:1ratio using chloroform/ethanol 2:1 ratio in both cases,i did not get the clear film, there was a white crystal appeared in the wall of the flask in both cases why?
Dear Thirukkumar Subramani my guess is that the white (better: colorless) crystals consist of cholesterol (CH) as this is the component in your system which crystallizes most easily.
