Hi,

I found that the TiO2 band-gap energy is influenced at high N doping percent. What's the physical explanation? Has there been a physical phenomenon which explains this effect? Increasing the nitrogen percent is the creation of the secondary defect level in the gap. But, this level is already taken into account with the Urbach energy. So, why the band-gap energy decreases?

Best regards.
