The path of nutrient absorption is same in both organic and inorganically produced food. Then why there is difference in test. Definitely there is no quantitative difference but test is definitely different. Surely. Why?
First, the test of organic food might be worse than commonly produced. The quality and test of fruits, vegetables, milk, meat depends on numerous factors (soil, climate, nutrient, etc,) and can vary in a broad range.
The seen difference may be subjective because the taster knows whether the dish served is “organic” or “inorganic”. A blind test must be organised. Foods prepared from inorganically grown produce may taste worse because the soil conditions have deteriorated over time.
