I have submitted paper in one of hindawi's journal. I have completed all revision. The academic editor made his recommendation. The status under pending approval took one month. Why so late? Why happen like this.

So that means the journal/editor has accepted the article for publication? Or do you need further approval of the revisions. If the latter, I would agree with Peterson K. Ozili - waiting after one month is just normal from my experience. If you are tired of waiting - and have spare time - you could start working on your next project/paper!
For a reputed journal, one month waiting should not be a cause of concern. I had some publications for which I waited for 2 years also. Do not panic.

I should add that I have waiting periods similar to Kedar Vijay Marulkar but note that many journals that I send to in the last few years, the mean decision time is advertised on the website, and is an important consideration when choosing between journals for me.
