Dear photoluminescence community,

I am studying photoluminescence property of Zero-dimensional (0D) hybrid metal halides with Highly Distorted Antimony(III) bromide SbX4 (seesaw configuration). why in the litterature the seesaw configuration of SbX4 generally doesn't favor a radiative recombination ?
