Is it possible that the fluorophore is undergoing some oxidation (degradation) in presence of H2O2 and thereby leading to decrease in fluorescence? If it is some kind of chemical reaction (oxidation-reduction) I think a kinetics study will confirm it. In other way, if the fluorescence decreases with time it might indicate some kind of chemical reaction.

Hi Luma, most fluorophores are extremely sensitive to redox conditions.

You can bleach out fluorophores with extended exposure to UV or exposing them to reducing agents like NaBH4.
