It's not strictly a scientific answer, but it came from my more than a decade of experience in political marketing. The main strength of far right in western democracies is that they do not afraid to answer controversial questions, which are avoided by mainstream parties. Yes, the answers are wrong, sometimes very wrong, but at least someone is talking about the real problems of the people. I'm not sure if the new ways of production are the reason, but for sure they are part of the problem. Main political discourse drifted away in the 2010s far away from the real local problems, often replaced by full of self-satisfaction statements from main political power that we live in the "perfect" times. So it backfires in the rise of far right and far left movements. Far right agenda fits better to current social expectations - their answers are simpler to accept- so these movements are on the rise.

Lack of political education (even in rich countries), lack of opportunities for low and middle class people and a huge political propaganda machine behind populist candidates

There is a long tradition of research in this issue that I analysed ( for example

Narrowing the gap: the middle class and the modernization of welfare in Italy). In his seminal study (1960), Lipset claimed that political radicalism in the form of Fascism and National Socialism, constituted an “extremism of the center” or “extremism of the middle class”. Betz (1994) argued that the rise and success of the ‘extremism of the center’ and middle class disenchantment with and profound distrust of major social and political institutions can be interpreted as the result of an increasing social and cultural fragmentation, relative deprivation and loss of status (or fear of the loss of status).

In recent years, the middle and working classes are not only disenchanted with major social and political institutions. In many developed countries, rather than passive attitudes and behaviors what prevails is an active individualism which is less and less integrated. This active individualism is mainly created by the radical processes of individualization of the second modernity that has weakened the ties between individuals and their families, has liberated people from traditional roles and constraints and undermined ‘intermediates institutions’ as trade unions, political parties and ethnic groups. At the same time, these processes are not often creating new forms of reintegration and control: in many cases, individualization means ‘disembedding’ without ‘re-embedding’ (Beck & Beck-Gernsheim 2001, pp. 202-203; Beck 2016).

I would like to add two points which are maybe of interest for you: First, as for the party system level, I would suggest to differentiate between right-wing parties and populist parties. This might be helpful to get a better grip of the crisis of representation -- a concept that touches upon the changing structures of society you seems to be concerned with. The second point refers to the problems of socialist and/or social-democrat parties to meet the new challenges of the so-called platform capitalism.

This seems to assume that the initial inquiry is correct when it is stated as "Why the far Right Wing is increasing in so many Western Democracies?" I think a better statement or position statement could be "Why is the far right wing being covered more profusely in mass media and does this correspond to an actual increase in right wing activities?"
