When democracies shift from normal liberal democracies to extreme liberal democracies or temporary authoritarianism the old knowledge base is left behind, the old knowledge base and including ideas supporting that old knowledge base do not work in the new antidemocratic paradigm, so the question: Why the arrow impossibility theory does not work in liberal democracies under temporary authoritarianism?
