After inspecting you absorbance curve one sees the addition of graphine to TiO2 and building  a composite material, leads to appreciable absorption of light by the graphine 

in a wide range of wavelength because the carbon black. So, the whole curve will be shifted upward causing the extrapolation of the absorbance edge to cut the x-axes at longer wavelengths. 

So, it is because the absorption by the black graphine.
