I have used 3 point bending and single cantilever beam testing in DMA. I have tested 3 samples of same material. I see the storage modulus values are varrying too much for same material. The only difference in the material is their dimensions. Length and width are nearly same but thickness is 0.7 mm to 1.5 mm.

DMA is a very sensitive tool, so the results could be affected by the following reasons:
1. Allow the furnace to reach room temperature before you load the samples.
2. Make sure that you allow the temperature to stabilise i.e keep the samples at isothermal at 25oC (in your case) for few minutes before start heating the samples to desired temperature.
3. Heating rate might be different between the samples, also good to check the experimental conditions are same for all the samples.
4. Defects (e.g. voids) in the samples and composition of the samples (in case the samples are composites or blends) can play a role to show the difference in the storage modulus.

The Storage modulus (E') is a measure of elastic response of a material. It measures the stored energy. Loss modulus (E") is a measure of viscous response of a material.

The material is a polymer?
If so how was it manufactured?
The test pieces may well be anisotropic and additionally through thickness properties may vary as well with the "skin" being markedly different from the "core". For that reason modulus may well change with thickness.
