In numerous cases I attempted to help people by answering their questions. However, the question is often not clearly formulated (sometimes just bad English). Therefore I asked to clarify the question but never got a response. Why so many people ask the question but are not interested to get an answer?

That's what the problem. I asked to clarify the question and never got any response. It looks like the author of the question is not interested to get an answer. I can't help if I do not understand the question. Bad English is not the problem. English is not my mother language as well as for the most of us. I can't rule out that some questions are posted to increase the RG score (as assumed by Mohamed). I never thought about this trick. A real score of reputation should be mostly based on impact score and the number of answers for a question

I do not think that your question is one of those to avoid (a definition suggested by George Stoica). You are actively involved in discussion and try to explain your points. I would consider your question as "provocative" (which I like). Such questions may initiate a very interesting discussion. Your question is very well formulated to attract a maximum attention. I'm not expert in your area, For this reason I would not provide any comments. But now I'm supposed to respond. The Planck constant is measured with a very high accuracy 6.626070040(81)×10−34.. Therefore, the question "What if Planck's Constant had a value of 6.62826144? " does not make any physical sense. In your theory you have found a number relatively close to the value of the Planck constant. But the fourth significant digits are different in these two numbers. The difference is so big that there is no sense to compare your number with the Planck constant. In addition, do not forget that the Planck constant has dimensions of physical action. Therefore, its value depends on units: 6.6261 × 10-27 cm2 g s-1 or 4.1357 × 10-15 eV s. Why you do not use the value 4.1357 × 10-15 eV s?

I agree with you. The same idea comes to my mind when I'm looking through the questions raised here. Many of them are badly and vaguely formulated as if the authors do not care of their problems at all. If you expect help or advice, why don't you formulate your problem as clear as possible? One more strange thing. There are people who enter the discussion easily giving answers to unclear questions.
Really Sorry, Actually, I don't know exactly about this field.So, I didn't know how can I asked to someone.
I explain again my situation. I read some papers. The paper handled with catalyst. Pt/TiO2 catalyst. They did experiment and compare Pt catalyst and Pt/TiO2 Catalyst.
In that paper, CH3OH was used and it was dehydrogenated. So, I asked " Why ch3oh dehydration is important in cataltyst reactions?"
I was just wondering why they used CH3OH, so I posted.
