I am measuring solution resitance (Rs) of ferrite thin films annealed at different temperatures. EIS measurements are carried out using metrohm autolab instrument using 3 electrode system (Counter electrode= Pt wire, Reference electrode= Ag/AgCl electrode) in 1 M KOH. I am obtaining diffrent solution resitance for differnet ferrite films of same composition annealed at differnet temperatures in same elctrolyte having same concentration. The geometry of the area in which current is carried is kept same. What could be the possible resaons for such behaviour?
