Here is the letter to International Criminal Court and other for taking the cognisance of Crime Against Humanity.

Dear friends,

I am forwarding a letter which I have written to a forum who are in pursuit of the truth about the nature. It is thought provoking and I am sure that hiding the truth from humanity is Crime Against Humanity which amounts to loss of purpose of human life.

However I assure the International Criminal Court that I will provide all the required evidence to substantiate my complaint.

I do have respect and appreciation for you all because despite the clear cut scientific, both biological & physical, paradigm of atheism you were looking for the truth. I respect your that urge which makes you think that atheism cannot be true. I am absolutely convinced that forcing the humans with the atheistic paradigm is a crime against humanity which has converted humans as materialistic animals and the morality and moral values are virtually vanished. As a truth loving person I cannot see the humans in the form of virtual animals as the Creator has created humans with great pride as perfect model for which humans need to be treated with dignity, honour, respect and his basic needs need to be provided to him but they need also to know the purpose of life for which philosophers like you would be of great help to the people of the world on the whole.

I hope you understand my purpose and sentiments.

The issue of the atheistic fallacies like mass energy transmutability and Big Bang Theory are mathematically, theoretically and experimentally shown as absolutely baseless through scientific research papers published in peer-reviewed journals. Here is the link to my

The publications mentioned above include two scientific research papers published in peer-reviewed journal through which discovery of two substances namely aether and 'energy' have been made scientifically and philosophically.

The two publications referred above are "Theory of Origin and Phenomenon of Life" and "Michelson -Morley Experiment; A Misconceived and Misinterpreted Experiment"

In the second paper the existence of aether has been confirmed which physicists were looking for since 1864 and an experiment was conducted in 1887 called Michelson -Morley Experiment which was misinterpreted to conclude the absence of aether. I have shown the existence of aether by the same experiment by showing what, how, and why mistakes were done to conclude the absence of aether, the apparent fifth constituent of the universe. Actually Lorentz and Fitzgerald introduced the concept of contraction in the direction of motion of the observer by the Lorentz factor to justify the absence of aether which was illogical, irrational and imaginary for which there is not a single experimental evidence till todate. It is this contraction of space in the direction of motion which lead to Big Bang Theory, energy mass transmutability, and many other concepts and theories like General Theory of Relativity, Space-time Concept, Minkowinski geometry etc. I have shown that the experiment in fact confirms the existence of aether without any doubt whatsoever. In so far as the second unknown substance is concerned it is a metaphysical substance which has been scientifically & philosophically shown to be only alternative to explain the phenomena of life like consciousness, instincts, gowth, desire to survive, self repair, etc. but most importantly it contains the biological laws which act as source of livingness in living beings including humans due to which cells in the living beings are functional. Since forces of nature have been shown to be reduced to only one force and that being electromagnetic force which in no case can explain the phenomena of life including cell function and biological laws. This small scientific and philosophy paper has tremendous implications, besides changing the biological sciences it will undoubtedly revolutionise the medical sciences. The existence of 'energy' in the humans wherein consciousness, instincts, biological laws etc. are implanted in no case can be transmitted by DNA and explained by the electromagnetic force, which explains the need of introduction the 'energy' as the cause of livingness in living beings which includes humans also. I will like to put it straightly and clearly that what reasons Darwin assigned for evolution can lead to change in the varieties and nothing beyond as he was an ignorant being and knew nothing about the cells as the basic unit of species & their constituents and functioning.

Besides I will like to keep you informed that the paper titled 'Theory of Origin and Phenomenon of Life' is also to be refined to the extent that for all species it is not two initial cells but it is just one cell which was created for all species especially in humans which divided into two one for male and one for female. There is not only electromagnetic force of nature as known in physical sciences but there are biological laws which are in the living species, contained in the 'energy', due to which living species are living. These refinements will be done in the upcoming formal edition of my outline of book titled "Natural World Order and The Islamic Thought" wherein all the results of scientific and philosophical, including political philosophy, research will be incorporated, which is in the final stages, will be before the humanity shortly.

Hereunder is the brief of my research work which includes proving Einstein as scientific fraud and his famous formula E=mc^2 as absolutely baseless in just half a page of my research paper titled " Experimental and Theoretical Evidence of Fallacy of Space-time Concept and Actual State of Existence of Physical Universe". My papers are published in peer-reviewed journals. I will like to inform you that I am not a Ph.D as I have done only two masters degrees in physics and forestry though my research work could easily fetch me at least a D. Sc. and a few Ph.D's. I am feeling proud to inform that my research has the potential of changing the course of physical and biological sciences including philosophy, the mother of all subjects. A small philosophy paper titled 'Theory of Origin and Phenomenon of Life' has the potential of changing the biological sciences and philosophy. The only alternative which can explain the phenomena of life especially cell function, consciousness, instincts, gowth, self repair and above all biological laws which were unknown till to date which could now be unraveled the way I unravelled the contents of soul in my outline of book titled "Natural World Order and The Islamic Thought". There has to be a team of microbiologists and philosophers who can investigate the biological laws in animals and human as the 'energy' in both humans and animals is same. The biological laws can have revolutionary impact on medical sciences.This paper revitalize the subject of philosophy as metaphysical substance have the formal recognition now.

Now coming to my main subject i.e. physics. In brief my research will change the whole subject of physics as following are the domains which will have to be changed

1. The laws of nature are reduced from four laws to just one law and that is electromagnetic law.

2. The evidence of existence of aether, the fifth constituent of universe, will change the emergent nature of space to absolute nature of space as the result of which whole subject of physics and its all branches have to be rewritten especially the Big Bang Theory, under which there just cannot be any Creator of the universe, is doomed to the extent nobody will like to take the name of this theory any more.

3. The only possible alternative theory for creation of universe is already proposed and also published in a peer-reviewed journal. In the said papers it is shown that there has to be Creator of the universe having a "Super Ego" , living in a time frame in which our past, present and future is eternal present for Him, living, thinking, having knowledge and control over everything, comparable in size of the universe, having consciousness, having power to maunovre all the entities in the universe and immense power to judge.

4. My research work falsifies the Greek philosophy, Newtonian philosophy, and the philosophy which is being adopted presently which has reduced the apparent four constituent of the universe to two constituents due to the fraud of Einstein. The final philosophy is that space is absolute and finite, time is relative but emergent, matter and light/radiation are all emergent and the light/radiation propagates as an electromagnetic wave motion in the aether, the electric dipoles. Aether being the fifth constituent of the universe which fills the space. The very concept of action at distance through fields has to be forgotten for good.

In short Darwinism, Einsteinism, Big Bang Theory and the pretext of science as the reason for being atheists are all doomed for good.

Here is the theory of crime against humanity

The idea offered is that a 'crime against humanity' is a course of conduct which the international community accepts is not only 'criminal', but also threatens world peace.

Hiding the truth which converts humans into materialistic animals and deprives humans of the purpose of life, which being peaceful living , threatens the world peace as such hiding the truth which aims at maintenance of peace in the world is definitely "Crime Against Humanity" especially when the act deprives humans of the reason to adopt morality and moral values which when philosophically analyzed aim at peaceful living individually and collectively.

Hope your misconceptions are cleared and Rome statute has nothing to do with it.

Threats should not be given by ResearchGate or any platform for speaking the truth or pursuing the truth. Academic freedom and open discussion are essential for advancing knowledge. Any threats would undermine the core values of academic integrity and free expression.

You see some parents borrow money to educate their children and work hard for years to pay the debt but the academicians are not concerned what they teaching is right or wrong.

Secondly the paradigm they adopted, both in physical and biological sciences is incorrect and under open challenge which leads people to atheism and everybody acts as mute spectator of the depriving the people of the purpose of life. How long this intolerable falsehood can be accepted as truth. I waited for thirteen years hoping their conscience might wake up but they themselves too have been the victims of the process of killing of conscience.

Fortunately or unfortunately I have studied the philosophy of law, a rare subject, rather than the law per se because once you read the philosophy of law you need not read the laws of different countries or international laws.

For last twenty years I am trying to understand the limit of human stupidity and I have failed to find the limit so far and for you to understand that I am not pointing out at you I will like to quote three examples

1. It was a priest who coined the term Big Bang named Lemaitre without bothering what and where was God to cause the Big Bang and the world do believe and has adopted this as the theory of origin of universe.

2. For a peaceful world the International Criminal Court was constituted and also the Rome statute was enacted. But how come there could be peace in the world when the most brutal, terrorist and looter countries are not the signatories of the Rome statute.

3. Those educated people who have studied the physical sciences, biological sciences and philosophy how come they accept Einsteinian, Darwinism and atheism when the planet earth is before them, different life forms is before them and philosophies of Descartes, Aquinas & Kant is before them respectively.

Saw Lennox on Wikipedia what a prolific writer but I cannot dream of writing so much. I have wondering for a long time how a science knowing person, be a physical sciences or biological sciences or philosophy knowing person deny the existence of the Creator.

I was on social media yesterday and a person had gathered the data of the people who are called flat earthers then I thought the limit of human stupidity is infinite but being a philosopher also I know that nothing can be infinite in the universe, so I am still in look out for the limit.

Something is wrong somewhere and it is that I am in pursuit and I am near about to conclude.

I will like to share with you an email I wrote to a form which was previously known as World Science Database and now Natural Philosophers Database debating about the Natural Philosophy which was the previous name of physics since last e few decades.

Dear dissident scientists,

I wonder how long you will go on discussing Einstein's 1905 paper as it is already established fraud shown by hundreds of dissident scientists. Einstein came with nothing of his own in his 1905 paper, the postulate of constancy of velocity of light he took from Maxwell and Woldemar Voigt and the second postulate which I have cut into shreds in my paper 'Experimental and Theoretical Evidence of Fallacy of Space-time Concept and Actual State of Existence of Physical Universe'. He tried to derive the Lorentz transformation differently but had to do several exposed frauds.

For information of all my friends here let me clarify what went wrong; it is when Lorentz and Fitzgerald introduced the concept of contraction in the direction of motion of the observer in linear uniform motion and it is here the beginning of the end of physics started. Thereafter it was insanity on the name of physics which is going on even now. The time of discussions is over and it is time for action now because nothing deters the main-stream physicists as I waited for more than twelve years trying to convince them even after putting forward the open challenge to the theory of relativity which is standing till date and have defended it so far. Now I have taken the decision to approach the International Criminal Court under Crime Against Humanity because they dragged the contraction of space to space-time concept and then to Big Bang Theory. My problem is that under Big Bang Theory there just cannot be any Creator of the universe and the extent of insanity in physics you can imagine by the fact that Lemaitre being a priest without bothering what and where is God to cause the Big Bang he coined the term of Big Bang. My second problem is that this atheistic perspective stole the very purpose of life of humans and converted humans into materialistic animals and the morality and moral values have vanished.

This post is from a person who is under surveillance for last a few months by Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Google, Gmail, Google crome and some scientific websites. However I am the scientist who has proved Einstein was a scientific fraud beyond any doubt whatsoever (mentioning this might seem strange to the readers as I have done it and the proof is in the form of open challenge which everybody can see on General Science Journal, Natural Philosophers Database, ResearchGate, SlideShare, viXra, and Academia in my profile and the same has been defended and is still standing since 2012. This has been added to stress the importance of the issue for the humanity as the whole).

I have a request to all those to whom this post reaches that they may please send the post to every newspaper, TV channel and heads of all governments of all the countries of the world for taking up following two issues with United Nations Organization.

1. To dissolve the Security Council as its very constitution is irrational and irrelevant because how a few countries can accept or reject the resolution of General Assembly of UN where majority of the member countries have agreed to pass the resolution including the countries who are in the Security Council. There are no justified reasons, rationale & criteria fixed for selecting the countries to have the legal right to be the permanent members of the Security Council and have veto power.

2. Every member country of the UN has to be the signatory to the Rome statute compulsorily so that they are under the jurisdiction of International Criminal Court. How can peace prevail in the world if all countries are not made answerable for violating the laws meant for maintaining the peace in the world.

How come peace can prevail in the world when the most ruthless and terrorist countries are not signatory to the Rome statute.

Millions of people have been killed so far and let the world get up now after the slumber of decades and let the UN also take suo moto action. Let President of UN General Assembly and Secretary General take the initiative.

This is time to save the sanctity of this organisation and let President of General Assembly and Secretary General of UN have conscience and courage to set right what wrongs have been done in past as the result of which millions of people have been killed.
