I believe I have exhausted the guideline materials offer online in this citation anomalies. Even though I have added papers that cited my work as "supplementary materials" and did "Remove from your profile", ResearchGate (RG) still doesn't update or show citations of my papers which are clearly shown in Google Scholar. I have added machine readable format of references and data as well but it's still not showing the citations. What can be done to rectify these anomalies? Further, if reprints of ones uploaded paper is not machine readable by RG bots or scanned copies of hard copy Journals what to do? In other words, if the reprints of paper uploaded in RG is not machine readable will it ever show any citations? If no, what are the solution, and methods?
