Building construction in developing countries, especially in small towns and rural areas, have been dominated by an egalitarian architectural practices or the carpenters, masons, mistries, etc. Here, even the architects finds themselves to be the outsider as far as construction is concern. Now, let’s move to a slightly different scenario where the licensed architects holds the key to a project and everyone else, except the client, is a consultant or contractor and vendors, etc. In this second scenario, do the architects require specialized assistance of building scientists, researchers, professors, etc? If yes, how can they contribute to the sustainability factor? If no, why so?

So we all seem to be inclined towards the involvement of specialized knowledge in the construction field. It is pertinent to note that architects are known to be “jack of all trades; master of known.” Given such thinking and attitude as well as aptitude most projects will get completed between the architects and contractors, especially in constructions that doesn’t demand vigorous quality control in terms of social, economic, and environmental sustainability. Project budget limitations and professional pride may also contribute to these situations. The same can be said for mistry, carpenter, mason, etc.
Building construction being an interdisciplinary activity, perhaps it is good to keep it simple with minimal involvement from various backgrounds. There is a saying, "too many cooks spoil the broth." Maybe it can be true here also. However, in view of the sustainability requirements and the complexity of the environment we now live in its advisable to practice co-intelligence and utilized the help of specialized disciplines even if it cost a little extra.
In some ways, this might also address the continuing development, collaboration, and sustainability of the building industry. As humans, it’s almost impossible for a single discipline to master every aspect of our built environment. This could in the holistic interest of all stakeholders and the world at large.

Most modern businessman and a military and politicians believe that the architect is the one who can choose the beautiful paint for the fence or make good presentation of new real-estate on a street billboard. Moreover, we cannot put our hand upon the law book, advise how to protect ourselves from attack, or recover our health. Too long an architects are waiting for real reward for a service to improve surrounding for our lives. This is the features of social understanding our profession today. Yes we have to pay this fee for such an aesthetic and commercial modern understanding of architecture. We will to pay more if we continued think that annual purchase of graphic editors, is our most important tool without which it is impossible to design. Also we must do not try established some ideal position for architects in contemporary social structure, it not be useful because our knowledge is still weak. A scientific degree is very important because it gives us time to get rid of errors, blind faith in speculative truths, even if it be taken by all.
The Aim of any project work is to be completed successfully.... If there are any overwhelming complications during the process, professionals and more experienced architectures must be involved in solving the problems... Some problems solutions are by experience, some are by level of knowledge and some are by Way of thinking.
So each person in that line has something to contribute when the need arises.
