I have the extracted DNA, with the same protocol, from the same FFPE samples in 3 Eppendorf of 55μl. When I measure 2μl of these in Qubit the results are different. Why?

I thought might be the concentration too high, so I did delutions of the extracted DNA 1/10, 1/100, 1/1000 but again the results wasn't the same ng/μl.

What I did wrong?
