Read this article Dr\ Marwa will greatly help you to stop growth of Rhizopus and Mucor using a specific medium called Dichloran-Rose Bengal Medium.

Regarding your above comment "I have not heard before about that fungicide which is specific for suppressing the growth of Rhizopus, if so, kindly give me its name." , You can add Dichloran (2,6 dichloro-4-nitroaniline) to the medium to restrict the growth of Rhizopus, or use Dichloran-Rose Bengal Medium (DRBM).
You can add the fungicide Dichloran to the basal medium with a concentration of 1mg Dichloran per 1 liter medium to prevent the growth of Rhizopus significantly especially, Rhizopus stolonifer.
The fungicide PCNB (Pentachloronitrobenzene) can be added to the basal medium to prevent Rhizopus growth and obtain a selective medium for preventing this fungus.
I don't experiment this method (keeping the soil sample for two hours in deep freezer) before isolation and culturing. I should experiment it in the future. But what about the plant parts, if the sample was not a soil.
The fungicides: Difolatan, Mancozeb, Thiram, and Thiabendazole also can be added to the basal media with different concentrations according each one to prevent or restrict Rhizopus growth. But they are not in the same efficacy with Dichloran and PCNB.
I ask, if we keep the soil sample in deep freezer, the other fungi may be killed by the freezing degree, then we can't isolate these fungi!!. What we do?
