Esa fase es muy significativa y estable en algunos materiales por ejemplo en HfO2 esta fase se mantiene a diferentes parametros de crecimiento y con un tratamiento termico, de 500ºC por un tiempo de 2hrs pero mi material presenta alta resistencia por encima de la 100Mohm
