I just checked the 2020 JCR PDF and noticed it contains the same journal with multiple quartiles. For example, 'Results in Mathematics' has both Q2 and Q3 ranking, with different journal rankings. Can anybody explain how come the same journal has different quartiles?

As far as I know, a single journal may publish articles in more than one field. Hence, a journal may have more than one quartile based on the number of fields.
Consider the journal "Results in Mathematics" for example. You already stated that this journal has two different quartiles. These two quartiles are for two different fields which are:

You can search the quartile of a journal in the following site: https://www.scimagojr.com
Just go to that site and write the journal name in the search box. You'll get the field-wise quartiles of your desired journal. If you scroll down a little bit after the field-wise quartile, you'll find the general/overall quartile of that journal. Usually, the best quartile among all these field-wise quartiles is considered to be the general/overall quartile of that journal. However, this may not be applicable to every journal.
