When analyzing a sequence data set, I used BEAUti 1 to generate a configuration file xml file. However, when I used BEAST 1 to run the xml file, only a log file, mle.log file, was generated at the corresponding location. The maximum likelihood result file I wanted, that is, mle.result.log.txt, was not generated. This makes it impossible for me to determine whether my data set can detect the time signal by comparing the MLE value. How can I solve this problem?
