When i define frame and wall interface, i use CSC model in diana. It is working because force is transferred but it looks like wall is penetrating frame. What may be the reason for this problem???

There are a lot of reason for that: you may check the contact stiffness ( a low defined contact stiffness lead to high penetrations between the contact pairs) and contact algorithms which might be found at the contact options.

I mean in terms of algorithms for example, penalty method or augmented Lagrangian method, because with the first one you might have much more penetration
This can be due to the above mentioned reasons. But please first make sure that this is not a graphical error and the wall is really penetrating. For controlling this you can compare the X-direction displacements of the node on the corner of the wall with the one in the same position on the column. Please check the difference between them and see if the X-displacement of the point on the column is more than the wall corner.
yes sir. displacement of column point is higher than wall corner by about 0.7 mm at max converged step.
Is there any method to solve this problem? or this is due to my interface problem in DIANA?
Not only penetrating, after some more steps infill wall mesh is deformed as shown in attached figure. What may be the problem?
