I am analyzing data from a questionnaire about the role of social capital on the intention to shrare knowledge among teachers on a web based platform (Web of Education and Information) provided by the Ministery of Education. The sample size is 444. We examine the relationship between four independent variables reflecting the three dimensions of social capital (structural, cognitive and relational) and subjective norm and intention to share knowledge on WEI with SEM. CFA shows a good fit and age and average WEI usage was added as control variables in the structural analysis. The literature shows that structural and cognitive social capital is positively related to knowledge sharing. However this is not the case with our findings. While subjective norm (SN) and relational social capital (ISS) is significant, structural (YSS), and cognitive social capital  (BSS)    are not. I am sending the structural model and inf. about model fit as well as regression results. Do you think there is a problem with the procedure? or can you comment on possible reasons?
