Hey I wanted to know that why am I getting strain values very less, my specimen has gauge length of 150mm and applying displacement of 5mm but still I am getting strain in range of 5-8 × 10^-3 , shouldn't it be on higher end , material is CF and I also have applied hashin damage criteria.

Stress is kind of okay but strain is very less in the linear region , it should be in order of around 2-3 × 10^(-2) mm but it is in 10^(-3) , afterwards it is okay ,I want to find out tensile modulas and that is coming way high because of low strain.
