Why is showing different thickness of ITO glass using profilometer?

ITO coated glass substrate is showing different thickness using profilometer. In one side it is 60nm , inanother side 100nm

I assume you're talking about the thickness of the ITO layer/thin film?

Different thicknesses normally correspond to different ohms/square sheet resistance. Are you saying you have ITO on both sides of the glass? If so, one side could be used to fabricate an LCD device (~ 300 ohms/square) and the other side a rear heating element (~ 3 - 5 ohms/square) for the device.
