There are various software quality models viz. McCall’s, Boehm’s, Dromey's, FURPS, ISO 9126. What are the problems using these standards in real practice? How these standards differ from each other? Is there any global or widely acceptable software quality standard? Please provide your valuable suggestions?

All standards, in general, seek to provide confidence that the products produced are of quality. All are very similar. It is important to identify what specific standard is requested by a company or customer, what association or research group supports the standard and what the main focus the standard seeks to promote. For example, there are standards focused mostly on security, others on functionality, others on updating, etc.
ISO/IEC 25010 "System and software quality models" replaced in 2011 ISO 9126, adding Security and Compatlbity to: functional suitability, usability, reliability, maintainability, portability, performance efficiency. Is it valid also for the new open source generation developers?
If I had to pick one factor leading to not using the standards, I'd place my bet on money. Following any standard makes sense when you have a certificate of doing so (not only giving your word for it), and getting those is pretty cost consuming. Not every standard is well recognized in every industry, so it's often not worth the trouble.
