Why India has not any Nobel laureates after C. V. Raman(சந்திரசேகர வேங்கட ராமன்), Indian physicist (year 1930) ?

As prof Aly R Abdel-Moemin ( scientist and media man, Egyptian, PhD QUB-Belfast (2004)- UK ) expalined following reasons:

1- there is a west support for Nobel prize, but we need to supply good work deserve this award to justify our right to have it.

2- Zewail (Egyptian winner of Nobel Prize) got Nobel Prize in America not in Egypt you can say facilities, ideas, working hard and support. 3-Politician recognize this .

can someone highlight some other points/ comment in Indian perspective?
