When you increase the ionic content, it will be polarized possibly and conduct charges. Thus the capacitance may decrease.

an increase in ionic concentration decreases the DL (Debye Length[1]).

An increase in ionic concentration decreases, also, the ratio of your interest:

DL / Strainpress , for a typical (standard) Strainpress,

where the (linear elastic[2-4] deformation[4]) Strainpress, is the relative displacement of monomers[5], induced by pressure (or stress).

However, irreversible deformations remain[3,4], even after high stresses (pressure) have been removed. You might enter in the plastic (or viscoelastic) deformation regimes[2-5] much faster in much higher (ionic) concentrations, succeeding with a 'brittle' polymer (pressure sensor).

Furthermore, ionic conductivity can decrease with increasing ionic liquid concentration due to its high viscosity. In practical conditions, a reduced ion mobility involves a lower capacitance.
