Why I have so much problems to extract pNZ8149 from L.Lactis?

Dear,

I literally checked everything twice, and I still dont know why I am not obtaining enough amount of plasmid.

Did any of you experienced trouble with L.Lactis? I thought this would be easy protocol for me. Should I use kit than?

Yes, that is exact protocol that I use...but still I am getting to low amount of plasmid
