I just scan the neat polymer samples (polyethylene PE, polypropylene PP and the blend of them PB )
and the polymer/graphene oxide (4wt%) samples
by Raman spectroscopy
I thought the Raman is more accurate than the FTIR (FTIR provide same peaks )
and it will obtain the D and G band
but unfortunately it doesn't
I really struggling to find published papers for help me
to provide analysis for these data

Your spectra are dominated by that of the polymer. The G line should be about 1580cm-1, the D line at about 1350cm-1. You need to expand you spectra to see if you can see them, and if you can't, then the concentration is too low.
First you need to choice a better scale if your apparatus offer a good resolution.
Second, it seems so strange to work with a very relatively low amount on GO.

do you have specific technic to prepare the GO pure sample
I tried sonication the GO in water then casting that solution
in Petrie dish but it is stick in the dish:)
This is not a question of resolution. It could be one of sensitivity... or concentration of GO.
Can you give us some details about the type of Raman spectrometer are you using? If is a micro-Raman, probably GO is not properly dispersed in the matrix. Therefore, you will have to find the regions where GO is located. Moreover, you will also have to take care on the laser wavelength you are using..
