Why I cannot see the mono methyl Arginine band by using anti-MMA antibody?

I use the cell extraction from A549 cells. It seems those band are the IgG bands, but not the mono methyl arginine bands. I use the first antibody Mono-Methyl Arginine [mme-R] MultiMab™ Rabbit mAb mix #8015(Cell signaling technology) and the second antibody (Anti-rabbit IgG, HRP-linked Antibody (#7074) following the western blot protocol and dilute the antibody according to the suggestion on website, but still cannot see the MMA bands. I don't know why this happened, was it because the first or second antibody has problem?
