Why He flow on my varian 450GC is zero?

The total flow on varian 450GC is zero. We use S/SL inlet which pressure is controled by type 21 EFC. The gas pressure is adjusted on 5 bar. I use 450GC in combination with 300MS, so it has no detector on it.
