So some of the problems I have found that might be relevant:

- have I given the files they want; is there something mandatory/compulsory that I haven't provided eg copyright transfer

- are all the files what they want - eg sometimes they want graphics as JPG/GIF rather than PDF

- sometimes the graphics files have to be a certain resolution/dpi
