I have simulation data of sprung mass acceleration (A) vs time (t) in vertical direction for quarter car model. The data is taken as output from “to workspace” block of Simulink. I want to convert it into Frequency weighted acceleration as per ISO-2631. The matlab script I have for the same but how to give my input to this file is not clear to me.
Acceleration file is with name ‘A’ and time file is with name ‘t’, simulation time is of 10 seconds with step time 0.001.
How to run this program with these conditions, I tried to replace ‘signal’ with ‘A’ but it shows error.
The relevant files are attached.

signal=A;
type=1; % say
fs=1000; % say
Your algorithm seem run without problems with the (arbitrary) data above.

I attached a m file that converts the sprung mass acceleration (A) into Frequency weighted acceleration(AISO2631) as per ISO-2631 and plots the two sets of accelerations vs time(t). I chose type 5 (We) because the differences between AISO2631 and A are minimum in comparison with the other types.

Thanks a lot for your valuable help,can you put some more light on why type 5 (We ) has been chosen by you. Actually what I understood is that ISO-2631 has 'Wk' weighing factor for vertical vibration (Z axis), which is in my case also i.e 'A' is vertical acceleration data.
Your valuable words will help me in understanding this ISO-2631 concept in better way.

Do I have to keep the matlab script, and .mat files matlabA and matlabt in same folder to run the program? Because the program is showing the below mentioned error:
??? Undefined function or method 'ISO2631' for input arguments of type 'double'.
while i tried to run the program with the .mat files in one folder and matlab script in other.
What change in command I have to make if i want the program to pick acceleration and time data from workspace (output of to workspace block in simulink) where they are saved as A and t only.

You need to have the files in the same folder.
You must comment the two lines that load the two .mat files in order to use the A and t from the workspace.

Thanks Anosh for your reply, the error problem has been resolved by Mr. Alexandru-lonel Constantina and is working fine, the relevant files are attched in the reply of Alexandru. He has plotted acceleration (AISO2631) in Time domain now I want to plot it in Frequency domain (Hz).
