In fuzzy logic, I am using sugeno fis and have given the input range from 1 - 100 and output range from 0 - 1. When the final output comes i.e. creation of surface, it shows the incorrect range of output as from 0 - 0.5 instead of 0 - 1. The input range is indicated fine.

it may be correct ! (due to the firing of the rules) you can check this in the rule viewer panel.
however, if you would like to show it in the range of [0 1], you can correct this manually.
save the fuzzy interface as a .fis for example mymodel.fis
on MATLAB command line:
open mymodel.fis
edit the input and output ranges and save the file. open the surface viewer and see the result.
