Why does the DSC curves show much noise?

As shown below, lots of noise occur in the curves after heating and cooling stage in Ti6Al4V and pure Ni, however, it does show the smooth curve rather than noise in the baseline files. Is there any problems during the sample preparation or that is the instrument problem?
