I have prepared component of  Hoagland nutrient solution stocks  separately and thereafter filter  sterilize them. Actually, my aim is to study the effect of  Cu on growth of the plant. In this context , half strength Hoagland solution  is prepared by adding all the individual component and thereafter no precipitation occurred but as soon as  CuSo4 is added precipitation occur in dose dependent manner. Final concentration of CuSo4 is between 100 micro molar to 500 micro molar in the nutrient solution.
