I believe that 70,000 is the default "row limit" in Excel, so you will have to look up how to increase that limit.

Older version of Excel had a 65,536 row limit. From 2007 this increased to 1,048,576 rows. Even if you are using a recent version of Excel, it may be that your Nvivo is still configured to download the old limit.
