Acquiring successive academic degrees is associated with a great effort of a large amount of scientific work and also in the universities of administrative work and didactic classes. Scientists work a lot while being usually modestly rewarded. Compensation for a large amount of work and sacrifices, related to the fact that scientists work almost non-stop are just getting academic degrees and the fact that scientific work is interpreted for scientists as a passion.

Do you agree with my opinion?

In view of the above, I am asking you the following question:

Why do you get your next academic degrees, PhD, Prof.?

Please reply

I invite you to the discussion

Best wishes
