Women learn that claiming to orgasm (or at least not denying that it occurs) enhances their attractiveness to men. It also speeds up sex if a woman fakes her pleasure, arousal and orgasm. Sex is transactional. But not initially consciously so. Men assume that women want what they want. Women give willingly initially. But eventually, participating in sexual activity that does little for them, becomes tedious and also humiliating. Women feel used. Especially if men take without giving back.
