I did hall effect measuring on p-type silicon using vander pauw method. i did not see any changes in resistivity measurement for different current . I applied current 1mA, 2mA and 3 mA, but i did get same resistivity. but i found different hall coefficient i mean the hall coeffects are increasing with the current increases. what could be the possible reason. because of the hall hall coefficient, the mobility is also different of the same sample. What could be the possible reason?.
