There are a few different reasons people might choose to eat fast food. Some said they eat fast food because it’s convenient. Others said they eat it because it’s cheap. And some other said they just like eating fast food.

For me I Like eat fast food when I go out in trip, and I actually ate fast food along 2 years when I studied MSc overseas at McDonalds and KFC.

I prefer eating food cooked in home.but sometimes when i go out with my family we will eating in fast food restaurants.

I do not like fast food. But sometimes I eat there because of lack of time for something better.

People nowadays are always in a hurry hence they prefer to eat in fast food restaurants. Jollibee and McDonalds are still the most preferred fast food restaurant chains in our country, Philippines.

All fast food contain different different chemicals, none of which have any good effect on health. Most of these may have serious detrimental effect on health on continuous prolonged exposure.

Personally, I do not take any fast food and cold drinks.

I used to at their beginnings in France, less and less when it became clear that the nutritive quality is questionable with lots of fats and sugar. I shifted towards very much less " hamful junk food " when Donner restaurants started competing with other international brands a particular one of those Donner Restaurants near the university Pierre and Marie Curie in Paris was excellent. I first knew about the negative aspects of fast food restaurants after a comparative survey done for a consumers organization in France where they analyzed a number of brands Sandwiches and presented the results on French TV they found that the best was the so called Tunisian Sandwitch based on Tuna and Salads. Now and in average once a month it happens that I eat at a local fast food restau called Adday'aa الضيعة its clean and 50% salads and vegetables, 50% Shawarma ! without Soda!

In France fast-food is an occasional treat enjoyed for convenience, but overall French prefer eating home cooked meals or at fancy restaurants

I prefer a nice restaurant or my husband's cooking instead of fast-food. The reasons people crave fast-food is due to high grehlin levels and low leptin levels and low sensitivity to insulin. Therefore, such people become addicted to the sugar, salt, and carbs in the food. I enjoy a Tunisien sandwich or a nice sandwich with tuna on a baguette with a salad. I prefer eating healthy and eatling fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains

Fast food is one of the symbols of the modern West and satisfies the need for eating for the shortest possible amount of time. This will be so until there was an alternative that quickly meet the needs of nutrition in which to provide environmental and healthy food. On the other hand the preparation of environmental and health food is more expensive than fast food (burgers, pies, pizzas, etc.). So replacing the existing fast-food type with a new healthy kind should be cost-effective.

In the current urban culture knowingly or unknowingly we have junk foods.... reasons may be a big list but the reality is that we do have habituated of junk foods is fact.

Even the influence has reached the rural people and they are also updated with the technology about the availability of junk foods.

The millennial generation people are more inclined towards junk foods and other legacy or old-timers should try to fallow or else would be kept isolated

There is a saying "Health as happiness, while it is, you do not notice it."

However, in our time, human health has become a business. Therefore, the main reason is the desire to make people dependent on any harmful fast food,  from bad medicines (half of which are falsified, the other half is overdue),  so that when people become sick, they will have to be treated for good money. It is obvious that on healthy people doctors will not earn. Doctors need more and more patients as clients.  Unfortunately, people do not understand or do not want to understand the whole danger of future illnesses,  because advertising from all TV sets does its job. Therefore, people must make their own choices and rely on their own minds. One can always find a good solution and keep health.

Reasons are: they are fast... Sort waiting time, tasty (fried tends to be tasty) and the price is good...

Companies own those fast food chains are very powerful in the western countries specially US, they manage to control the food market... By providing unhealthy meals with cheap prices (much cheaper than what healthy meal costs), and with the advertisements campaines they built the fast food culture!

To be honest, I enjoy eating fast food. Unfortunately, I don't get to eat them everyday. One reason for getting it is because its easy to get it when you are really hungry. My preferred fast food in US is McDonald's and the UK it's Burger King and in Nigeria its KFC.
