I am editing an MCC tree generated by Beast in FigTree, however when I add the bars nodes e nodes labels according to "height 95% HPD ", the Bars Nodes follow a date according to the X-axis, but the Nodes Labels (in decimal scale) follow another date: For example, an event phylogenetic occurred with an interval of 250-1000 according to the bars and 1000-1900 according to the Nodes Labels. What can I be doing wrong?

Are you using the "Reverse Axis" option too?
Did you used TreeAnnotator to condense your resulting trees?
Hi Jose,
My mistake was how I was interpreting, the bars represent the intervals and the values are the number of years ago in relation to my most recent sample and not the year in which the event could have occurred.

If I understand your problem, try to generate your final tree selecting "Keep target heights" in the option "node heights" , It works for me. I understand that you bars are out of the node time. In this case, this can help. Good luck!
