Over the last year, when I have clicked on 'View the Request' in the notifying e-mail for a full text request, I have been taken to the paper in question but there is no request visible and thus I cannot provide the requested paper. In most cases I search for the person and send them the article by direct message, but sometimes I can't locate them or there are multiple options for the name and I cannot determine which is the correct person. Has this happened to others and is there a solution? Thanks.
