Why do primary schwann cell not reactt with S100 ?

I have cultured some rat primary schwann cells from rat sciatic nerves recently. However, the cell did not react with s100 antibody from abcam ( ab4066). The antibody worked well in IHC. So, I don't know why I. Does anyone meet the situation?
