The electrode is gas diffusion layer with Mn-oxide anodically deposited from Mn(Ac)2 solution. The solution is 6 M KOH and I it is oxygen reduction reaction which occurs at -0.2 V
what you are observing below -0.2V is a electrocatalytic behaviour, usually you do observe this "loop", but you need to give us more info about the system, like what is your electrolyte?
Thanks for your response. It is the same with the bare electrode and it is ORR which is happening at -0.2 V and I normally have this loop in my CV curves. The electrolyte is 6 M KOH and it is the air electrode (cathode) of Zn-air battery.
