Why do cancers arising from other parts of the body have the capacity to metastasize to brain, while the vice versa is almost absent?

Dear Mohammad,

But the query still remains, as your logic may answer metastasis to lungs as lungs has a good supply of blood and oxygen, but why the metastasis to brain and not from brain.
