Why dielectric anomaly peak related to the defect dipoles present in the paraelectric region (around 450 K) of temperature dependent dielectric constant curve tends to disappear?
The dielectric anomaly has been observed for Mn content of 1 % and 2 % in BaTiO3 ceramics, while for sample with 1.5 % Mn anomaly disappears. What could be the possible reasons?

This is good notice. However, before going to discuss this observation, you could investigate the prepared samples by XRD to investigate their structural trend. Also, DSC to scan their thermal behavior. The structural and thermal properties are helpful to discuss and interpret the dielectric properties.

If both the 1% and 2% Mn-doped sample present the anomaly, then 1.5% Mn-doped sample should not behave any different. Sometimes, doped atoms do not substitute prescribed host atoms properly, or do not spread uniformly. A detailed structural investigation is required to understand the internal dynamics. You may consider Rietveld refinement of powder XRD data, XPS, EDAX, Raman analysis etc.
Besides, you can prepare the 1.5% doped sample again, and find if its characteristics are like the earlier sample, or it persists the anomaly, which is expected.
