When supplying a variable load by a PV installation, the voltage requires a constant nominal value. However, in most scientific papers the voltage regulator is not included to stabilize the voltage.
My question is:
Is it practical to supply the load directly from MPPT bloc?
Is the voltage in this case has a constant value?

Voltage at the dc link is regulated in the inverter controller and DC-DC converter is used to implement the MPPT.
Answer to you questions are 1) Output of the MPPT is DC so you could connect a DC load. 2) The fact that voltage stays constant or not will depend on how you design the controller of the DC-DC converter.
